DoNews3月20日消息,字節(jié)跳動(下稱字節(jié))出售沐瞳一事,終于靴子落地。今日下午,字節(jié)游戲業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人張云帆發(fā)布全員信,表示最近公司已和Savvy Games Group(下稱Savvy)簽署協(xié)議,沐瞳將成為Savvy全資子公司。

大家好,
最近公司和Savvy Games Group(簡稱“Savvy”)簽署了協(xié)議,雙方將在未來一段時間內(nèi)完成交易。交易完成后,沐瞳將成為Savvy的全資子公司。
與此同時,沐瞳的管理結(jié)構(gòu)保持不變,沐瞳仍是一家總部位于上海的公司。我本人也將繼續(xù)擔(dān)任沐瞳CEO,和管理團隊一起繼續(xù)帶領(lǐng)公司向前發(fā)展。
這次交易經(jīng)過了慎重考慮和討論。“為全球玩家創(chuàng)造激動人心的體驗”是沐瞳不變的使命。自2016年上線以來,《決勝巔峰 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang》 受到了很多玩家的喜愛,我們也基于此,打造了專業(yè)化、生態(tài)豐富的電競賽事體系。這與Savvy的使命“推動游戲和電競領(lǐng)域的長期發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新”和其電競規(guī)劃是相契合的。相信通過和Savvy的合作,沐瞳將迎來更廣闊的發(fā)展機遇,為更多全球玩家?guī)砀玫挠螒蝮w驗。
交易完成后,基于歷史業(yè)績貢獻,我們將為沐瞳的同學(xué)們提供多項激勵計劃,其中包括加速部分歷史授予的長期激勵的歸屬和發(fā)放。同時也將基于未來的業(yè)績,推出新的有吸引力的激勵方案。具體情況會由各Leader及HRBP和大家溝通。

Recently, the Company signed an agreement with Savvy Games Group (“Savvy”). We will be finalizing the transaction in the near future. Once the transaction is completed, Moonton will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Savvy.?
Meanwhile, Moonton's management structure will remain unchanged: Moonton will continue to be headquartered in Shanghai. I will continue to serve as CEO of Moonton and, together with the management team, we will continue to lead the company forward.?
This development was the result of careful consideration and discussion. Moonton's mission remains the same: "To create thrilling experiences for players around the world." Since its launch in 2016, "Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" has gained a strong following among players.?
As such, we have built a professional and vibrant esports tournament ecosystem. This aligns with Savvy's mission to "drive long-term growth and innovation in games and esports" and the Company's overall esports strategy.?
We believe that through this partnership with Savvy, Moonton will receive broader development opportunities and deliver an even better gaming experience to more players around the world.
Upon completion of the transaction, we will be offering Moonton employees a range of incentive programs based on historical business performance, including accelerated vesting and payout of certain long-term incentives granted in the past.?
